I have been working night shifts for the past five years and I’m genuinely a morning girl but here are some tips:

– melatonin
– sleeping mask and/or blackout curtains for your bedroom
– a very thoughtful spouse/roommate/live-in whatever that is quiet when you’re knocked down and they’re up
– a large fan to emit lovely white noise.
