Some people can’t do it. Day shift is like that for me. Always been a night person and switched to days for family time. It sucked the life out of me. I was always tired and had more migraines. After a couple years, I went back to nights. Eventually found a mid shift schedule that works, but I couldn’t do day shift. Good luck. FYI, sleeping pills are more habit forming than people will tell you. I think it best not to start on them. Find a day job when you can, it is the only way for people like us who don’t adjust well to opposite than normal schedules.
