Talk with the department of health in Georgia and they should be able to help you. If you need to re-instate it in Missouri first, it should be just a matter of paying the late fee and getting it re-instated, and then you should be able to transfer to Georgia no problem. If it has been expired for several years, there may be more hoops to jump through. No matter the case, you don’t need a job, in fact, you can’t get a nursing job, until you have your license up to date. Talk with the department of nursing where you are and see if they can help, if not, talk with the department of nursing from where you are from and see what they need. Good luck.
