Hot shower after work, no caffeine at least 5-6 hours before you sleep, styrofoam over my windows to make it pitch black, turn off the phone, read a book for 15 minutes to clear your mind of work related things and keep the same sleep schedule. I used to sleep 10am to 5 pm when I worked 7p-7a.
