I have been on NOC 7p to 730 a for 6 years… Never thought I would be able to stay up all night. I use Benadryl 50 mg. Bananas work well with it, also magnesium. Ear plugs, cool room and dark shades. The night before my first shift I stay up to 0100 and sleep till at least 1 or 2 in the after noon with the help of Benadryl. If not back to work I will only sleep 3-4 hours so I can enjoy day light and back on normal schedule
