Things can change a lot in a couple of years, so in the mean time, why don’t you consider returning to school to become a RN? Not sure about hospitals where you live, but many are eliminating LPN positions. Being a RN gives you many more opportunities. What is a faciluty liason? ( faculty? or facility? liaison?) Maybe it is related to your current job. In the mean time, work on skills that are helpful where ever you work. (People skills, teaching experiences, personal development, use of software such as Word, Power Point, Excel, Access)
