I have always worn running shoes, either those made specifically for walking or cross trainers. I have a high arch so Rebocks have been good for me. I just last week found a pair of Nike cross trainers that fit my foot better. I now teach so when I do a 12 hour clinical, I don’t get to sit. As for the Spanx, I really can’t tell you if they would be good for circulation or not. You might want to contact the company and see what they say.
