Call or write them for a copy of the original agreement. If you actually signed something, it may be worth getting legal advice. I know my hospital used to have people sign a “I’ll work here for two years if you let me go through your preceptorship program, but none of those ever held up in court because people could just cut back to PRN and never work, or they could just stop showing up and get fired. Seems like a long time to be sitting on something like this, I wouldn’t pay it on trust … look into it a bit more.
