Hi, my name is Tina I graduated from nursing school in 2010 got my license in 2012. I have applied to so many jobs I lost count. Out of all the applications I went on about 2 interviews to find out that I did not have enough experience. I don’t know what else to do, and on top of that now you need a BSN to qualify. I can’t afford to go to school right now my daughter is going to college. I’m paying back loans for my nursing education and can’t even find a job need advice.

You got your degree in 2010 but didn’t get your license until 2012? It is now 2014 and you have never worked as a nurse? I think we need a little more information before we can give you any useful advice. Over three years gap from time of degree until now without working needs some type of explanation. Gaps in a resume will be questioned and unexplained gaps will be frowned upon. Why do you have such large gaps?
