My organization has created development program for Charge Nurses and I’m trying to create an engaging activity related to the charge nurse role in staffing and conflict management. Our group size is 60-90 people and will be broken up into groups of 8-10 for the activity. Looking for the length to be between 15-30 minutes. We already have case study scenario for a conflict mgmt activity earlier in the 4 hour session. Does any one have any ideas or tips on engaging ways to assist charge nurses with learning how to skillfully balance staffing and conflict? Any feedback is appreciated. Thank you!
