I am going to be graduating from my nursing program for RN in May. I was looking to find if there were any suggestions of ways to help study and prep for the NCLEX. I have heard that KAPLAN from various people who have taken it who have said it was a good resource. But I am looking to see if there are any others who have used other programs, or study habits etc that have helped you in passing and prepping for NCLEX? Thank you in advance for your time and suggestions.
Hi: I am currently working on a product to assist nursing students with their study techniques and resource materials to study for their exams. Your suggestions will help us to better understand how we can provide or create the necessary tools to help you become successful. We really appreciate your input!Thank you for your time! I took my NCLEX back in June of 2015 and passed the first time. I used Kaplan and a program called Hurst, it is really good for content whereas Kaplan is good for the test taking aspect of it. I would suggest doing every practice question you can on the kaplan website and remediate everything, and definitely look into the Hurst program. The NCLEX to me was very similar to Kaplan.
Here’s a link for the Hurst stuff: https://www.hurstreview.com/home
Hope that helps!
