    Greetings to each of you Mighty Nurses. Thank you for all you do each day! I am seeking some feedback; I am the Executive Director of a national Home Health agency. I am based in Minnesota.

    We are actively recruiting for RN Case Managers. The market seems to be a “buyers” market as there RN jobs are a dime a dozen. What recruiting tactics stand out to you most? What would interest you in a position with an organization? My organization pays competitively (the MN average is right on the mark for starting), we offer comparable benefits to many organizations, we have an exceptional leadership and office teams.

    I understand we are in the middle of five large systems — Allina, Fairview, HealthPartners / Park Nicollet, Healtheast, Mayo….Is Home Health viewed as an unfavorable market? If so, why?
