Winding down nurses week. This one and one tomorrow, and then it is time to tabulate who has been making me happy the most 🙂 I appreciate everyone who posts in the forums, and private messages, while not part of the job description, make me even happier, as I have enjoyed getting to know a few of you better. Feel free to message me, I enjoy it.

Do you volunteer your services anywhere?
Either as a nurse doing camp nursing, flu shot clinics, etc, or just as a good human working in the food bank, going on missions, etc. What do you do to help out somewhere?

I wish I could answer yes to this one. Truth is it takes me the rest of the week to do laundry, feed kids, pay bills and sleep to prepare for the 3-4 night work week coming up. I guess if I were younger I would have more energy. I’ve always wanted to do missionary work and hope to do some when the kids are grown and out of the house. Hopefully the kids will wait to have my grandchildren so I can do this for myself and others I’ve always longed to do. 🙂
