When you relocated, did it ask on the job application if you have ever had any action taken against your license? If you weren’t honest on the application, and they find out, that is grounds for termination.
Regardless of what anyone tells you here (and I hope someone has some more helpful information than I have,) ask the department of nursing at the state who requires paperwork from your employee. If they don’t require it from out of state employers, great, but if they still want it, do it.
I’m thinking they won’t care since you are out of state … but I have no idea really. I’m also thinking your new state may put a restriction on your license because of your out of state restriction if they find out … not sure about that either. Good luck.
