Several of the nurses on the floor have had gastric surgerylto lose weight i really am happy for them but some of them there moods r so different and are very much in to health and eating right to the point that they tell the other nurses how to eat. I feel to express the helpful ways to lose weight is great but should not be the topic of every conversation and should not be at the expense to hurt someone who struggles to lose weight. They were there once and to make it so easy to lose weight. It not easy to lose weight now it seems they discriminate against fat people it very sad why did u become a nurse in the first place to be unkind to other people please help not sure how to handle the i am too think of gastric surgery but dont want to fall like this .

Its just their opinion perhaps, but like what you said, it might discriminate other people that might in place suffering from obesity or overweight. It must not be a public conversation though, but it must be a guide how to help those who have similar health issues.
