    If there was a 1918 quality influenza or a serious form of SARS or some other infectious disease that was killing a decent percentage of the population, would you go to work to help out, or would you hole yourself up with your family and avoid exposure as much as possible.

    I would have to help out. I would feel so guilty if I didn’t because the afflicted have families and homes just like I do. They don’t deserve to suffer anymore than I do.

    I would definitely be at the hospital working. I’m a nurse. I work with sick people. I knew what I was signing up for when I got into the profession.

    Of course I would work during a Pandemic. I come from a long line of strong women who volunteered even though they were not nurses in 1918.
